Education pathway
- 1.Earn an ADN (2 years) or BSN (4 years)
- 2.Pass the NCLEX-RN licensing exam
- 3.Start in a hospital residency or clinic role
- 4.Specialize (ICU, oncology, informatics) or move to an MSN
Education required: Associate or Bachelor's in Nursing + RN license
